Healthful Solutions by Heather offers nutritional counseling, function lab testing, a robust supplement store with a 20% discount to all of our clients, and Reiki energy healing. Our goal is to help our clients restore balance and harmony throughout their bodies utilizing an integrative approach.
Wellness Coaching
A personalized wellness program that includes:
- A one-hour initial intake consultation
- A 90-minute lab follow-up and customized wellness program review
- 2, 30-minute follow-up meetings to review your progress and make adjustments as needed
This program also includes unlimited email communication to address any of your questions or concerns throughout the healing process. The price includes all of the research and time I use to review your concerns, health history, conduct research, review lab results, and create a customized program to help you reach your wellness goals.
Reiki Energy Healing
At Healthful Solutions by Heather, we believe in promoting healing through the body's natural processes. That's why we specialize in Reiki, a Japanese technique that enhances relaxation, reduces stress, and addresses issues affecting the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels without discussing or having to determine what the issues or causes may be.
Our goal is to help our clients achieve emotional and physical balance by promoting optimal flow of the body's natural energy. We pride ourselves on providing a serene environment, so our clients feel both safe and comfortable.
Reiki is not religious and does not require any philosophical or religious beliefs, therefore it is effective for all people.
